Policies:

No-Call / No-Show Appointments

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, it may count as a no-show. We ask that you respect our barbers’ time, as we do our best to respect yours.

The first late cancellation or no-show may be excused as a courtesy. If it happens again back to back on your next scheduled appointment, a 50% service fee or deposit may be required before booking another appointment.

After repeated late cancellations or no-shows, clients may be blocked from booking online and may need to contact the shop directly to book future appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 hours before the appointment time.

It is the client’s responsibility to cancel or reschedule their appointment online. You can do this through the confirmation message sent when booking.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment may count as a no-show.

Late Policy

We allow a 5–10 minute grace period, depending on your barber’s schedule.

If you arrive too late, your barber may not be able to take the appointment, and it may count as a no-show. You may also have to reschedule.

Please contact your barber or the shop as soon as you know you’re going to be late so we can try to accommodate you when possible.
