So when I decided to build something of my own, I knew one thing for sure:

There was a time where I felt like I didn’t really have direction.

Barbering was the first thing that gave me that sense of purpose.

It wasn’t just about cutting hair. It was about:

Having a skill I could stand behind

I started in a strong shop, surrounded by the right people, and I made sure to seek mentorship early.

That environment changed everything for me.

It showed me how important it is to be in a space that actually pushes you to grow.

Why I Built House of Fadez

I didn’t want to open just another barbershop in Sacramento.

I wanted to build a premium environment for both clients and barbers.

Bigger Than Just Me

My barbering journey started during COVID, cutting my own hair at home.

As difficult as that was, I kept showing up and kept getting better. What started as curiosity slowly turned into something I became passionate about.

Now, going into my 5th year of barbering this May 2026, it reminds me how much can change when you bet on yourself and stay consistent.

I opened House of Fadez at 23, only about three years into barbering. Around that same time, I was also learning how to lead, provide, and think bigger after having my child at 22.

That changed everything for me.

It made me think about more than just cutting hair. It made me think about stability, legacy, and building something that could last.

House of Fadez is bigger than just me.

It’s for:

The barbers who want structure, growth, and opportunity
The clients who trust us with their appearance
The next generation of barbers coming into the industry

For me, House of Fadez represents what can happen when you take the craft seriously, stay disciplined, and build with purpose.

It’s personal. It represents everything I wish I had growing up: stability, opportunity, mentorship, and a space where people can feel comfortable being themselves.

The goal is to create something my family can be proud of, my team can grow from, and the community can trust for years to come.
